Plain-language details on what we collect, why, and how to get your data removed.

Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how UnikornDigital ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, engage a trending campaign or influencer package, or purchase a data product.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact details you submit through our forms — name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, and message content.
  • Billing information needed to process campaign, influencer package or dataset payments.
  • Your email address, if you subscribe to blog updates.
  • Basic usage data such as pages visited and browser type, used to improve the site.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and deliver the services or datasets you've purchased.
  • To send campaign updates, invoices, delivery reports and confirmations — by email or WhatsApp.
  • To send blog updates to subscribers (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To improve our website, services, and data products over time.

3. B2B data products

Our lead datasets are compiled from publicly available and licensed sources. We do not include sensitive personal data, and we honour removal requests from individuals listed in our datasets — contact us to request removal.

4. Influencer and trending campaigns

When you book a campaign we share only the campaign brief (hashtag, keyword, links or content you ask us to promote) with the creators and profiles taking part. We never ask for, and never need, the login details of your social media accounts.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell the personal information of our website visitors or clients. We may share limited information with payment processors and service providers strictly to deliver the services requested.

6. Data retention

We retain client and enquiry information only as long as needed to fulfil our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@unikorndigital.com.

8. Cookies

Our website uses a single session cookie for basic functionality (for example, protecting our forms against misuse) and may use minimal analytics cookies. You can disable cookies through your browser settings without affecting core site functionality.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
