These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the UnikornDigital website and your engagement of our trending campaign, influencer marketing and B2B data services.

1. Services

UnikornDigital provides Twitter/X trending campaign management, influencer marketing on Twitter/X, Instagram and Facebook, B2B lead data products, and analytics dashboards as described on our Services pages. Package inclusions and pricing are outlined at the time of purchase.

2. Trending campaign disclaimer

Trend placement depends on real-time platform activity outside our direct control. While we plan and execute campaigns using proven strategies, impressions, duration and outcomes can vary with topic, timing and external events. Where a specific package states a placement guarantee, the remedy for a missed guarantee is set out in our Refund Policy.

3. Influencer campaigns

We guarantee the number of posts, verified profiles and combined followers stated in your package. View and engagement figures are expected ranges based on historical data.
All content is reviewed before publishing. We do not accept political, hateful, misleading or otherwise unlawful promotions, and may decline any brief at our discretion.
You are responsible for having the rights to any material (images, video, music, trademarks) you ask us to promote.

4. Data product usage

Datasets are licensed for the purchasing client's internal marketing and outreach use.
Reselling, redistributing, or publishing purchased datasets without written permission is prohibited.
Clients are responsible for using purchased data in compliance with applicable communication and privacy laws in their jurisdiction.

5. Payment terms

Full or partial payment, as agreed at booking, is required before a campaign is scheduled or a dataset is delivered. Invoices are issued for every transaction.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All website content, reports, and dashboard designs remain the property of UnikornDigital unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of liability

UnikornDigital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or data products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Assam, India.
